At Thomas Mansfield Solicitors, our private client team advises individuals and families on advises on wills, estate planning, probate, powers of attorney, trusts and inheritance disputes. We act for individuals and families across London and the South East, many with complex assets and multi-generational considerations.

Our lawyers work closely with clients at significant moments in their lives. Some are planning ahead. Others are managing loss. Many are balancing family, financial and business considerations.

We are seeking a private client partner with considerable experience of advising on lifetime trusts and inheritance tax to join and help develop our small and relatively newly established team in Tunbridge Wells.
