Emma Howlett is a Partner at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors.

With over 20 years' experience, Emma advises clients on all aspects of probate and estate administration, as well as wills, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters. She is known for her clear, practical approach and for guiding families through what can often be complex and sensitive situations.

She also has experience in property-related matters and regularly prepares Declarations of Trust dealing with equitable interests in property.

Emma has significant experience in estate administration with international elements, including estates involving dual nationality, assets located in multiple jurisdictions, and cases where the deceased was non-UK domiciled but held assets in the UK, or where a UK domiciled individual held assets worldwide.

Emma is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is currently working towards Fellowship, with the long-term aim of completing the Legal Practice Course and qualifying as a solicitor.
