Alicia Arickswamy

Alicia Arickswamy is a CILEX Advanced Paralegal at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors, supporting the firm’s dispute resolution team on private client and contentious probate matters.

Alicia works closely with our solicitors on contentious wills and inheritance matters, supporting the progression of cases involving challenges to the validity of a will, executor and beneficiary disputes and Inheritance Act claims.

She is often the first point of contact for individuals seeking advice. She listens carefully to each client’s situation and ensures enquiries are directed to the appropriate solicitor, so they receive the right guidance from the outset.

Alicia also manages the firm’s client onboarding process for these matters, ensuring compliance checks are completed and the necessary documentation is in place so solicitors can begin work without delay.

Before joining Thomas Mansfield, Alicia worked as a Crown Court Clerk in the Civil Service, giving her practical insight into litigation support and courtroom process. She holds an LLB in Law and has completed both the Legal Practice Course and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Employment Law.
