Beth Downes is a Paralegal at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors. She works closely with solicitors across wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and estate administration matters. Her role includes preparing legal documents and assisting with the progression of files to ensure matters move forward efficiently.
Beth is particularly involved in supporting clients through the probate process. She assists with obtaining Grants of Representation, post-grant administration and the distribution of estates.
She takes pride in helping clients during what can often be a difficult and emotional time, building trusted relationships while ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
