She also assists with routine Estate Administration and Court of Protection work and drafting Notice of Severances and Statutory Declarations. Kathryn understands clients’ anxiety when instructing a lawyer and believes it essential to act with patience and understanding and provide clients with clear and concise explanations.

Kathryn also has experience working in family law and has worked closely with the solicitors in our family team dealing with divorce, finance, and children’s matters.

Kathryn joined Thomas Mansfield Solicitors as a paralegal whilst undertaking the Legal Practice Course. She qualified as a Solicitor in December 2023. Kathryn graduated with a first class law degree in 2019. She then graduated with a distinction in her Legal Practice Course and Master’s degree in Professional Legal Conduct in 2022.
